Personality: Dai is very sarcastic, cocky, arrogant, and smug, at first appearing to have the whole world on strings. Once you get to know him, though, you realize that he is actually a very kind spirit and he really cares for his friends.
Bio/History: Dai's mother died giving birth to him and his father blamed him completely for her death. Over time, Dai began believing that it truly was his fault and he hated himself for it. His father often beat Dai when he came home from the bar drunk, and when Dai was young he went for days at a time without food. One day when he was sixteen, Dai stood up to his father and hit him. However, being as underfed as he was, Dai didn't do much damage, but it infuriated his father to the point that he pulled a knife on Dai. After stabbing him in the stomach, Dai's father dragged him out into the woods and left him there to die. Eventually, Dai bled to death. Not long after that, he woke up as a very confused spirit. He had no idea where he was, or how long he had been out. He didn't even realize he was a spirit at first. Eventually, not knowing what else to do, he went home, only to find that his house was empty. He had been 'out' for about a month and his father had fled town shortly after the death of his son. Confused, and not knowing what else to do, Dai simply wanders around, not particularly sure what else to do.
